As an exhibitor at CRR, we want to make sure you have a positive experience. This page will be your first stop for all the logistical information and forms needed to set-up your exhibit.
Exhibitor Logistics

You will need to reference your Access Key in order to login. Contact exhibits@iafc.org if you need assistance.
Your Booth Package
- Each exhibiting company receives:
- One 6' draped table
- Two side chairs
- One wastebasket
- Booth ID Sign
- Three (3) Full Conference registrations per company
- 10' x 10' booths allow exhibitors to have backwall displays or additional products within their booth space. Tabletop exhibitors must ensure all properties fit on the table.
- Exhibitor booth liability insurance via Rainprotection.

General Information
Exhibitor Deadlines
- November 1, 2023 - Full Payments Due
- January 1, 2024 - Late Fee Added for outstanding balances more than 30 days past due
- April 14, 2024 - Hotel Discount Deadline (book now)
- April 15, 2024 - The Expo Group Discount Deadline
- April 26, 2025 - Renaissance Discount Deadline (electric, internet, etc.)

Exhibitor Registration:
- Included, three full conference registrations per company
- All exhibitor personnel must register to attend.

- Exhibitors are required to enter a promo code to register for their complimentary booth allotments. If you do not have your promo code, please reach out to the exhibits team at exhibts@iafc.org.
Shipping Info:
- Shipments accepted between April 22 - May 7, 2024.
- Shipments received after May 7 are subject to a surcharge.
- Please be advised that the Renaissance Glendale Hotel’s policy is to NOT receive shipments for exhibitors to show site for any event. Please be aware that any shipping to the hotel may be refused. To avoid not having your materials for the Community Risk Reduction Leadership Conference, Management advises sending to the advance warehouse.

On-Site Information
Badge Pick-Up
- Pre-register your booth staff online to expedite the badge pick-up process.
- A Registration Code will be emailed to the main exhibitor contact.
- Need your code, email exhibits@iafc.org.
- ALL booth personnel must check-in at the Registration desk.

Your CRRL Show Contacts
Wi-FiWi-Fi is available in all lobby areas for general emails and internet browsing. Not for exhibitor demos, etc.
Move-Out Reminders
- All exhibitor materials must be removed from the exhibit facility by May 16, 2024.
- All carriers check-in by May 16, 2024 at 4:30pm.
Beware of PoachersExhibitors are often contacted by various vendors looking to get your business. Some of these companies may misrepresent themselves as being associated with IAFC. You may be solicited by companies selling attendee lists, etc. If you have any questions, please contact us prior to ordering. IAFC is the only provider with access to attendee lists.
