What Comes with a Booth
- Opportunity to market your products and services to top industry decision-makers.
- 3 Full Complimentary Conference registrations per exhibiting company.
- Option to provide a video (up to 30 seconds) to be played before the General Sessions. All provided videos will run on a loop, videos should focus on visuals as attendees will be getting settled and may be difficult to hear.
- Company Listing included on conference website and mobile app.
- Company Listing: description, logo, social media info, contact info, and product categories.
- Preview attendee list about a week prior to the show (Does not include names or contact information).
- Exhibitor booth liability insurance via Rainprotection.
- Ballroom is carpeted.
- Booth and Tabletop Booth packages see below.

Allow exhibitors to have backwall displays or additional products within their booth space. |

Payment, Cancellations and Terms/Conditions

- Credit Cards via our secure Exhibitor Portal. A company password is required.
- Checks:

- All checks must be in US dollars and drawn on US banks.
- Note booth number on all checks.
- IEEE Federal Tax ID Number: #13-1846552
- Wire Transfers:
- Email Exhibits@IAFC.org requesting wire transfer instructions.
- Upon receipt, IAFC Exhibits will send an email response with wire transfer instructions.
- 50% is due within 30 days of application.
- FULL PAYMENT due by November 1, 2023.
- By signing the digital Exhibit Space Contract, you certify that you have the authority to sign the contract and bind the company listed to the Official Rules and Regulations.
- Failure to comply could result in the release of your booth space.
- LATE FEE: A $200 fee will be added to the balance for all outstanding balances after January 1, 2024.
- All cancellations must be made in writing to Exhibits@iafc.org.
- On or before November 1, 2023
- 50% of the total amount will be refunded.
- If payment has not been received, 50% of the total amount is due.
- After November 1, 2023
- No refund will be made for cancellation.
- If payment has not been received, 100% of the total amount is due.
