Booth Packages and Pricing:

Booth Price - $1,500

Tabletop Price - $1,000

Each 10'x10' booth comes with:
  • 8' tall back drape & 3' tall side drape
  • One 6'x2' Skirted Table
  • Two Chairs
  • One Booth ID Sign
  • One Wastebasket
Allow exhibitors to have backwall displays or additional products within their booth space.
Each 10'x10' tabletop booth comes with:
  • One 6'x2' Skirted Table
  • Two Chairs
  • One Booth ID Sign
  • One Wastebasket

Tabletop exhibitors must ensure all properties fit on the table.

Payment, Cancellations and Terms/Conditions

  • Credit Cards via our secure Exhibitor Portal. A company password is required.
  • Checks:
    • Make checks payable to:
      International Association of Fire Chiefs
      Lockbox #791544, PO Box 791544
      Baltimore, MD 21279-1544
    • All checks must be in US dollars and drawn on US banks.
    • Note booth number on all checks.
    • IEEE Federal Tax ID Number: #13-1846552
  • Wire Transfers:
    • Email Exhibits@IAFC.org requesting wire transfer instructions.
    • Upon receipt, IAFC Exhibits will send an email response with wire transfer instructions.
  • 50% is due within 30 days of application.
  • FULL PAYMENT due by November 1, 2023.
  • By signing the digital Exhibit Space Contract, you certify that you have the authority to sign the contract and bind the company listed to the Official Rules and Regulations.
  • Failure to comply could result in the release of your booth space.
  • LATE FEE: A $200 fee will be added to the balance for all outstanding balances after January 1, 2024.
  • All cancellations must be made in writing to Exhibits@iafc.org.
  • On or before November 1, 2023
    • 50% of the total amount will be refunded.
    • If payment has not been received, 50% of the total amount is due.
  • After November 1, 2023
    • No refund will be made for cancellation.
    • If payment has not been received, 100% of the total amount is due.
