Education Sponsorships

Opening Session (Main Stage) | $10,000

Details:Three daily General Sessions typically attendee by approximately 300-400 fire chiefs, company officers, and other fire professionals, address timely and relevant topics impacting the fire and EMS sectors are available to be sponsored. Sponsor brands are prominently featured at the onsite session and promotional materials.

When: Tuesday, May 14

General Session Sponsorship includes:

IAFC host/moderator to provide Sponsor introduction
Up to 10 minutes to provide a state of the industry presentation to the General Session audience.
Opportunity to provide 2 minute video to be played as attendees enter the General Session room
Opportunity to provide flyer or promotional item for seat drop in General Session. Item must be pre-approved and delivered to conference team by Tuesday, May 14.
Inclusion as a Sponsor in 1 attendee pre-conference email
Social Media promotion across IAFC platforms where applicable
Table at the entrance to the General Session room to display literature

Opportunity to provide 2 minute video to be played as attendees enter the General Session room

Solution Session | $3,000

Details: Solution Sessions are available to give insight to how companies are using the Sponsor's latest products and services for advancement in the fire service. These sessions are real-life case studies intended to teach you about resources and technologies that could benefit you and your department.

Facilitated Session | $5,000

Details: Your opportunity to hear directly from your customers! This IAFC session is facilitated by IAFC to ensure an interactive session with challenges and solutions to be discussed about a specific topic. Sponsor can be involved in selecting topic and can "plant" 2-3 general questions. This is your opportunity to hear candid feedback from 40-50 chiefs, company officers, etc. In addition, IAFC will provide detailed notes from the session to assist your team in next steps.

Lanyards | $2,500

EXCLUSIVE: Lanyards are an incredibly high-visibility opportunity and an excellent way to stay in the forefront throughout the Conference. Your logo, alongside the IAFC logo will be imprinted on the lanyards given out to all of the attendees. Sponsorship also includes a Complimentary post-show CRRL attendee mailing list.

Attendee Notepads | $3,000

Description: All attendees will receive a notepad when they pick-up their badge and register on-site. IAFC will provide the notepad with sponsor logo. Notepad are very popular with attendees as they carry them around the entire conference, take notes during sessions, etc. This is a high-visibility opportunity and an excellent way to stay in the forefront throughout the conference and after.
