Shane Brillhart is an 18 year veteran with Fairfax County Fire and Rescue Department. For the past 4 years he has been assigned to the Fairfax County Community Response Team (CRT).
Working with highly susceptible people motivates him to think creativley and outside of the box. The team addresses maladaptive behaviors that lead to complexities in mental and overall health. He is a true believer that a multidisciplinary approach is a holisitc one and working collaboratively with his mental health partner allows this.
In his free time he enjoys playing ice hockey, traveling, and back country hiking.
