Sterling Folden has been in the fire service for over 30 years. Sterling has worked as a Deputy Fire Chief for over 19 years and continues to do so currently at Mountain View Fire District. Sterling has experience in many aspects of fire service, from emergency operations to prevention and administration, and has held positions from Firefighter to Deputy Chief. Sterling graduated from The University of Denver and holds a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership focusing on innovation and change, along with a Graduate Certificate in Organizational Development and a Chief Fire Officer Designation from the Center for Public Safety Excellence. He enjoys spending time on the porch with his wife and bulldog and hanging out with family.
